Hello, our names are Rosanne & Tom Howard (AKA - RoRo and T).
After three RV's, plenty of hiccups, and a desire to help others avoid some of the mistakes that we made, Rosanne and I decided to open a business to help RV buyers avoid getting caught up in the emotion of a new purchase and instead, pay attention to the details of this major investment. We decided to open up an inspection service providing certified RV Inspections. Most RV buyers do not even know there is such a thing as a RV Inspection to help in their decision process.
RV Inspections are just like a home inspections, but geared towards an RV.
We can still remember our first RV. We were on our way to the Isle of Wight County Fair and instead, ended up at an RV dealership. We left with a 30' Class C motor home. It was a beauty that slept 6 people. It was going to take us to the destinations we always wanted to visit. We got caught up in the dream of the open road, not even thinking about the soundness of the investment we were ready to make. It was at a reputable RV dealership, it must be in good shape, right? Oh, were we wrong.
We quickly found out what we did not know about RV’s. Our new unit had a leak. We learned an expensive lesson.
While a majority of our business is focused on assisting RV sellers and purchasers with certified pre-purchase inspections, Both RoRo and I have over 60 years of combined industrial and compressed air auditing & inspection experience. As a result, we still provide professional services in these areas. See Compressed Air & Fleet
Do you know what to look for when purchasing an RV?
RV Inspections are just as important as a home inspection and maybe even more so seeing that this home travels at 70 miles per hour over rough roads. This requires even more detailed inspections of critical areas before sale or purchase.
Consider things like the life safety components - LP gas, tire age & condition, carbon monoxide and smoke detector operation. Did you know you have 3 electrical systems on a RV? What about the appliances? Are you going to experience major repairs and structural damage because of missing roof sealant? Can you determine if an RV has a leak? Did you know you can test your motor oil, transmission fluid, radiator & generator fluids to determine the health of the power train?
RoRo and T., Inc. answers questions about the condition of your investment. Why take a chance on the second largest purchase you may ever make?
Dealers - Doesn't it make sense to hire someone that specializes in inspections to help with your clients that are at annual campsites?
